Standard Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the us. That’s because we are dedicated to help you look your best and we ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any undamaged product, simply return it within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

 

• Products can be returned and buyer pay shipping.

• Products can be exchanged for a different size, buyer pay shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

• If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Exchange an item

Once we receive your item, an exchange is initiated immediately.

• Please insure that the product arrive in good condition.
• We will send you a shipping invoice.
• Items that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned and we will pay for shipping, we will send same product purchased (size).

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on U.S and worldwide shipping is free on orders over $60.00. Innovation Factory uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description and price.

International Shipping

Average transit time is 4 -7 weeks. 

 

Two-day shipping

Two-day shipping is available on in-stock items. You can see in your bag if your item qualifies.

Available to Ship Time

We ship all order in 1 business day. Placed orders before 11:00 am ET are shipped same day.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

 

Shipping Cost

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
